The TZI athletes have to cope with a high amount of training both in intensity and volume. Recreational measures such as sport massage and physiotherapy are provided on a regular basis so that the risk of injury is reduced to a minimum. In case of injuries a team of physicians and physiotherapists interfere immediately ensuring a speedy and effective recovery process..

Individual nutrition schedule

Due to the increased energy demand of the athletes, nutrition has to be well balanced and enriched by the supplementation of vitamins and trace elements, which are the metabolic prerequisite of athletic performance. Consequently, TZI contributes to an individual nutrition schedule for every player.
