  10 Principles

Our training is based on the latest biomechanical, physiological, and methodological development stages. Apart from tennis-specific technical and tactical skills, we put emphasis on the improvement of physical abilities such as endurance, power, stamina, quickness, agility, reactivity, elasticity etc., not to mention the cognitive and social competence.

Every player follows an individual annual program based on a variety of aspects regarding the conditional preparation, the regeneration periods as well as the competitive phases.
In addition to these fundamental skills, however, we commit ourselves to
10 standard principles of professional tennis coaching.
